Processing Time: 1–3 business days to process the order.

Shipping Fees: Orders under £70 incur £8 shipping; orders £70 or above enjoy free shipping.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, using reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of submission (if not yet shipped). Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after cancellation. Orders already shipped or submitted over 48 hours ago cannot be directly canceled but may be handled according to the return and exchange policy. For details, see Order cancellation policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receipt, including cases of product appearance, quality, color differences, odors, incorrect items, or no reason. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 1–5 business days to the original payment method. Replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection approval.
