Order cancellation policy

Cancellation Conditions

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be canceled directly. Orders that cannot be canceled may be handled according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. When applying, you will need to provide your order number, payment proof, and relevant information. Our team will process your request promptly and notify you of the outcome and refund arrangements once the cancellation is approved.

Refund Time

After the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
