Return & Exchange Process

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Relevant photos or videos

Our customer service team will promptly process your request and notify you of the outcome. Once approved, we will provide the return/exchange address and shipping label. Customers should return the item with the label to the specified address and wait for us to receive and inspect the product to ensure it meets the return/exchange requirements.

  • Return: Once the product passes inspection, the refund process will be immediately initiated.

Refund Process
