Our delivery service covers the entire region and does not currently support other countries or regions.
Shipping Fees

Orders under £70: Shipping fee £8

Orders £70 or above: Free shipping
Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. If the cut-off day falls on a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
Processing Time
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, including confirmation, packing, and preparation for shipment.
Estimated Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, although actual times may vary due to logistics, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

We primarily use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express for delivery.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information. You can track your order on the Order tracking page by entering your email address or phone number along with the order number.

Delivery Receipt Instructions
Please check the package for any damage upon receipt. If there are any issues, take photos and contact our customer service team promptly. Signing for the package indicates that you confirm the quantity and condition of the items received.
